From 25th November, we invite you to enjoy our exclusive Festive Dining Menu in the lead up to Christmas! The perfect occasion for that Christmas catch-up meal or simply a festive dinner with friends or family. Dine in the simply stunning surroundings of our traditional Lawns Restaurant.

Honey roasted parsnip soup – warm brie & cranberry bon bon. (V)

Gin cured sea trout - celeriac, pear crème fraiche (GF)

Chicken Liver and Foie gras parfait - red onion and apple chutney, toasted sourdough (GFA)

Seafood Gratin – leek mornay, Lancashire cheese crust, sea herbs. (GF)


Roasted Cod Loin – crab and scallop ravioli, winter vegetables, shellfish bisque.

Breast of English Turkey – apricot, cranberry and citrus stuffing, traditional garnish, turkey and sage jus & bread sauce. (GF)

Braised OX cheek – smoked butter mashed potatoes, glazed carrots and winter greens. (GF)

Wild Mushroom & Chestnut Wellington – salt baked beetroot, cavalo nero, roasted onion jus (V & VG)


Dark Chocolate Delice – crème fraiche sorbet, candied hazelnuts, chocolate tuille (V)

Warm Frangipane Tart – prunes soaked in armagnac, almond and malted ice cream. (V)

Traditional Christmas Pudding – brandy & vanilla anglaise.
