Deposit
To confirm your booking a deposit is required, the amount of deposit depends on the event, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. All hotel facilities and reservations are subject to availability.
All prices quoted are inclusive of current rate of VAT. Prices may be subject to change. The hotel reserves the right to cancel/transfer events without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy 
Payments are non-refundable. If cancellation is made after the full balance is due, full payment for your event is still required. For private events, please refer to terms and conditions on your individual booking.

Details and prices
All details are correct at time of print. The hotel reserves the right to transfer parties between function suites where necessary.

Dress Code
The dress code for all events is smart casual (no jeans, trainers or t-shirts)

Special needs and dietary requirement
If you have any dietary requirements or allergies to food or if you require any information on allergens please ask our Christmas co-ordinator
