Our Meeting rooms are all designed to enhance your event. They range in size and equipment and are all flexible enough to ensure we can accommodate your requirements. Meeting rooms are subject to availability and minimum numbers may apply. 

The Brimstage
Room

The Brimstage Room is a private meeting room located on the first floor of the main house of the hotel. Equipped with a HD TV that can be used for presentations, the room is fully air conditioned and great for boardroom meetings. Continuous self-service refreshment facilities are located just outside the meeting room.

The Brimstage Room can accommodate up to 18 delegates with boardroom layout.

The Burton
Room

Located on the first floor of the main house, The Burton Room is a light and airy private meeting room, equipped with a HD TV that can be used for presentations via HDMI or VGA. The room is fully air conditioned and great for boardroom meetings. Continuous self-serve refreshment facilities are located just outside the meeting room.

The Burton Room can accommodate up to 12 delegates with boardroom layout.

The Cristal
Suite

The Cristal Suite & Verandah is a stunning function space, with plenty of natural daylight, air conditioning and private bathrooms. This room is perfect for companies wishing to hold meetings and events in a more than the predictable corporate environment. The Verandah is a great space for arrival and reception refreshments to be served.

The Cristal Suite can accommodate a maximum of 200 delegates (theatre style).

The Torintone
Suite

The Torintone Suite is a self-contained function room with private entrance and parking. The foyer area is a perfect space for registration desks and group check-in and the bar area is great for serving refreshments as well as networking. The main suite can be separated with partition walls to create 4 conference rooms that vary in size. The Orangery is a quiet breakout space for coffee breaks and lunch.

The Torintone Suite can accommodate a maximum of 600 delegates (theatre style).

Pagoda

Our Garden Pagoda is a beautiful and unique space for a meeting in the sunshine. If you're looking for an intimate conference or corporate lunch with a countryside landscape, the Pagoda will give your delegates an experience to talk about for weeks to come!

The Pagoda can seat up 10 guests on a round table.
