We can accommodate functions for up to 500 guests (depending on your specific requirements) in our Torintone Suite. The Torintone is fully air conditioned, has its own PA system & has multi coloured ceiling mounted LED lights. It comes with its own entrance, toilets & kitchen facilities which are perfect for your chosen caterer (subject to our health and safety checks). We work with a number of prominent caterers, if you haven't already chosen your own.
We have 62 bedrooms, an award-winning Spa and we are set in seven acres of beautiful grounds in the heart of the Wirral countryside - yet only 5 minutes drive from the M53 motorway!
£8,000 room hire to include:

Chairs - Banqueting chairs with no cover

Additional costs
Security Deposit - £1,000.00. This will be built into your payments & will be returned after your wedding as long as everything is returned the way we gave it to you
A dressing room can be hired at £150.00 per day available from 7am subject to availability
Civil ceremony room hire / outdoor ceremony charge- £500.00 (registrar fees are separate)
For hotel staff to turn the room over it will be an additional charge of £150.00
Bedrooms - you will be allocated 10 bedrooms at a discounted rate. Rate varies depending on the day of the week & month of the year
Venue Dressing
Ice chairs - £3.50 per chair for up to 350 chairs. Any additional chairs will be hired in at £4.00 per chair
Chair covers & bow - £2.75 per chair
Centre pieces available from £10.00 per table
Stage dressing from £500
Large Blossom Trees - £100.00 for 2 trees
Post Box £35.00
Caterers
You are welcome to bring along any caterer. They must be able to provide us with public liability insurance & food hygiene certificates
Caterers will be asked to sign an agreement prior to the event for cleaning, conduct & removal of rubbish
Caterers who have not been to our venue must come for a site visit prior to your event
Caterers are to provide a risk assessment for any equipment they wish to bring in along with PAT testing / Safety for all equipment. We can PAT test each item for £15.00 per item
