Just WOW! Staff from start of planning to the end of our night were simply amazing. Jess could not have been more helpful when planning, no question was too small, she always responded quickly. Vicky on our day was just fabulous, she and the rest of the staff worked so hard to make our day PERFECT! The hotel is just beautiful, Cristal Suite, grounds, dressing room, bedrooms all just out of this world - you made our day something we will certainly remember forever. Thankyou just isn’t enough!!

The venue was stunning, the staff were absolutely unbelievable with nothing too much to ask. In the Hair Spa, special thanks to Andrea, the most organised person ever, calling us to arrange appointments for the day and to Chloe and Alicia for helping the bride get ready. All the waiting on and bar staff were absolutely spot on throughout the day. Jude took charge of decisions, timings and ensuring the whole day ran smoothly. From the initial first meeting with the amazing wedding planner Jess to the day itself, everything was so professional, organised and a joy to be part of. Everything went like clockwork, down to the fantastic events manager Beth, all the staff who made our wedding reception and evening go off without a hitch. The food was amazing and served by excellent waiting on staff. Some of our guests stayed over at the hotel, all commented their rooms were lovely. We had an excellent experience with Thornton Hall and would recommend them to anyone. Wish we could do it all again.

Our intimate wedding at Thornton Hall was worth every penny! I knew I wanted to get married in the Pagoda with a harpist and that’s exactly what we did! Every detail was catered for which made wedding planning effortless.
